Veshmeh Sara (Persian: وشمه سرا)[a] is a village in Howmeh Rural District of the Central District of Masal County, Gilan province, Iran.
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,213 in 308 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 1,386 people in 408 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,186 people in 395 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]
