Regentog (Persian: رگنتگ)[a] is a village in, and the capital of, Birk Rural District of Birk District, Mehrestan County, Sistan and Baluchestan province, Iran.[4]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 470 in 101 households, when it was in the former Zaboli District of Saravan County.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 492 people in 117 households,[6] by which time the district had been separated from the county to become a part of the newly established Zaboli County[4] (renamed Mehrestan County).[7] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 348 people in 86 households.[2]

After the census, the rural district was separated from the Central District in the establishment of Birk District, which was divided into two rural districts.[4]
