Aliabad-e Ziba Kenar Rural District (Persian: دهستان علي آباد زيبا كنار)[3] is in Lasht-e Nesha District of Rasht County, Gilan province, Iran.[4] Its capital is the village of Aliabad.[5]

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 9,606 in 2,906 households.[6] There were 9,215 inhabitants in 3,124 households at the following census of 2011.[7] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 7,764 in 2,789 households. The most populous of its 14 villages was Aliabad, with 1,522 people.[2]
