Bharti Kamdi is an Indian social worker and politician associated with the Shiv Sena (UBT) party.[1][2]

Bharti Kamdi is contesting 2024 Indian general election as an INDIA Alliance candidate of the Shiv Sena (UBT) from the Palghar Lok Sabha constituency.[3][2][4][5][6][7][8][9][10]

She along with her party leader Uddhav Thackeray expressed strong opposition to the Vadhavan Port on the environmental grounds.[11] [12][5][13]

Political career[edit]

Bharti Kamdi is a grassroots activist working with the Shiv Sena party since the 1990s.[14][15][16]

She has won the election in 2015 from Manda group in Vada taluka and in 2020 from Talwada group in Vikramgad taluka.

She was elected as the Chairperson of the Palghar Zilla Parishad in year 2020.[17][18][19] [20]
