Camilo Ponce (born December 5, 2003) is an American professional soccer player who plays as an attacking midfielder for FC Tulsa of the USL Championship.

Career[edit]

Youth and college[edit]

Ponce helped to lead Amityville Memorial High School to a Long Island Class A Boys Soccer Championship, scoring 17 goals and adding 18 assists as a senior. He was also named a Newsday All-Long Island First-Team selection as a sophomore in 2019 and was United Soccer Coaches High School All-American in 2021. Ponce also played club soccer with Massapequa Soccer Club.[1]

In 2022, Ponce attended Boston College to play college soccer, where he made eight appearances, scoring a single goal and tallying two assists.[2] In 2023, Ponce transferred to Wake Forest University,[3] making 11 appearances for the Demon Deacons.[1]

FC Tulsa[edit]

Ponce signed his first professional contract on March 11, 2024, joining USL Championship side FC Tulsa.[4]
