Dehestan-e Bala (Persian: دهستان بالا)^[a] is a village in, and the capital of, Dar Agah Rural District^[4] of the Central District of Hajjiabad County, Hormozgan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 710 in 163 households.^[5] The following census in 2011 counted 539 people in 152 households.^[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 575 people in 175 households.^[2]
