The AITO M9 is an 6-seater all-electric/range extender full-size luxury SUV manufactured by Seres Group under the AITO brand in collaboration with HIMA from 2023.[1]

AITO M9 was launched on December 26, 2023 at Huawei’s winter conference in China. The car adopts the "Kunpeng Zhanyi" design with a drag coefficient of 0.264 Cd for the EV version and 0.279 Cd for the EREV. The car is built with Huawei's HIMA and has many technologies such as Touring chassis, HUAWEI ADS 2.0, Xuanwu body and architecture, HarmonyOS 4 intelligent cockpit and other technologies. It is available in Max and Ultra model configurations, priced at 469,800-569,800 yuan.[2]

The Aito M9 EREV is equipped with a 1.5-liter gasoline engine as a generator. It has 4WD with a dual motor setup producing 365 kW. The M9 is available withan optional 42-kWh or 52-kWh ternary NMC batteries from CATL, supporting an all-electric range of 225 and 275 km respectively, and the combined range is 1,362 and 1,402 km. The 0 to 100km/hr acceleration time is 4.9 seconds.

The Aito M9 EV offers a dual motor setup producing 390 kW and a CATL’s 97 kWh ternary battery pack with a range of for 630 km. The 0 to 100km/hr acceleration time is 4.3 seconds.[3]
