The 2013–14 Dr Harty Cup was the 94th staging of the Harty Cup since its establishment by the Munster Council of Gaelic Athletic Association in 1918. The group stage placings were confirmed on 9 September 2013. The competition ran from 25 September 2013 to 22 February 2014.

Dungarvan Colleges were the defending champions.

The Harty Cup final was played on 22 February 2014 at the Gaelic Grounds in Limerick, between Ardscoi Rís and Scoil na Tríonóide Naofa, in what a first all-Limerick final. Ardscoil Rís won the match by 2–13 to 0–04 to claim their third Harty Cup title overall and a first title in three years.
