Abdul Mumit Chowdhury is a reited Justice of the High Court Division of the Bangladesh Supreme Court. He is a former Election Commissioner of Bangladesh.
Career[edit]
Chowdhury served as a Judge of the High Court Division till 1976 when he was forcibly retired after President Ziaur Rahman changed the age of retirement from 65 to 62.[1]
Chowdhury served as an Election Commissioner of Bangladesh from 20 October 1978 to 31 December 1986.[2]
