The 2012 Cork Intermediate Football Championship was the 77th staging of the Cork Intermediate Football Championship since its establishment by the Cork County Board in 1909.

The final was played on 14 October 2012 at Páirc Uí Rinn in Cork, between Castletownbere and Éire Óg, in what was their first ever meeting in the final.[1] Castletownbere won the match by 1–12 to 0–13 to claim their second championship title overall and a first title in 26 years.[2][3]
