Abunuabunu

Abunuabunu is a soup from the Brong Ahafo Region of Ghana.[1][2] It is made from cocoyam leaves (locally called kontomire) together with other ingredients (tomatoes, snails, smoked fish, onions, green pepper, turkey berries (Asante - twi kwahu nsusua) and salt).[3][4][5]

It is commonly found and prepared among people in Kumasi,[6] sometimes with fufu or banku.[7]
