Mangiko

"Mangiko" (Greek: Μάγκικο, Greek: Σκερτσοπεταχτό), known in Yiddish as "Yoshke is Leaving" (Yiddish: יאָשקע פֿאָרט אַװעק, romanizedIoshke fort avek)[1] is a Greek and Yiddish folkloric tune hasaposerviko in the meter 2

Greek music and lyrics are by Kostas Karipis. The Yiddish music and lyrics are by Aaron Lebedeff.[2] The song was also performed under the name "Chiftilareasa" by the Romanian music group Trei Parale.[3]
