HE Higher Education Ranking is an international ranking system that evaluates universities worldwide based on various criteria related to academic excellence, research output, and institutional performance. Established in 2023, the ranking aims to provide valuable insights and information to universities, policymakers, and stakeholders in the higher education sector.

Many universities worldwide have recognized the value of HE Higher Education Ranking, leading to its rapid growth and expansion. The second edition of the ranking included 303 universities,[2] including notable institutions such as Karazin Kharkiv National University,[3] Asia Metropolitan University,[4] West Visayas State University,[5] and Mazaya College University.[6]

This inclusion underscores the credibility and quality of the ranking methodology, as well as the commitment to upholding international standards in higher education assessment and evaluation.[9]

Notable rankings[edit]

As of 2024, the top three ranks were held by Charisma University, V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University and Fergana State University.[10]
