Sar Cham (Persian: سرچم)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Darbid Rural District of Jazman District, Holeylan County, Ilam province, Iran.[4] The village is populated by Kurds.[5]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 502 in 98 households, when it was in Holeylan Rural District of the former Holeylan District of Chardavol County.[6] The following census in 2011 counted 517 people in 127 households.[7] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 520 people in 137 households.[2]

In 2018, Holeylan District was separated from Chardavol County in the establishment of Holeylan County, which was divided into two districts of two rural districts each, with Towhid as its capital and only city.[4]
