Kenneth S. Nugent was born and raised in Albany, New York. He completed his undergraduate degree at the State University of New York at Albany in 1977 and earned his J.D. from Emory University School of Law in 1980.[3] Nugent was admitted to the Georgia Bar in the same year and has since dedicated his career to personal injury law.[4] His legal practice has expanded to include offices across nine cities in Georgia with a team of attorneys licensed to practice in multiple states.
