Alexei Pavlov (Russian: Алексей Павлов; born November 4, 1974) is a Russian former swimmer specializing in sprint freestyle, breaststroke and butterfly.[1]
Alexei Pavlov competed for Kyrgyzstan in the Swimming at the 2000 Summer Olympics – Men's 4 × 100 metre freestyle relay. He anchored the race with a split of 52.73.[2]
Alexei Pavlov has the title of Master of Sport of the Russia, International Class.
Alexei Pavlov is a participant of the 2000 Summer Olympics,[3][4] 3-time silver medalist of the 2003 Military World Games, bronze medalist of the 1999 Military World Games, 2-time champion of the Baltic Sea Games, champion of the 1998 Russian National Swimming Championships, 2-time champion of the 1997 Russian National Swimming Championships, 2-time champion of the 2001 Russian National Swimming Championships, champion of the 1996 Russian National Swimming Championships, champion of the 1999 Russian National Swimming Championships, current national record holder men's 4 × 100 metre freestyle relay, participant of the 1997 Summer Universiade, participant of the FINA World Masters Championships, winner of 3rd place in the ranking of the best swimmers of Russia in 1999.
Alexei Pavlov graduated from the Lesgaft National State University of Physical Education, Sport and Health and swam for the university sports team.
Now Alexei Pavlov trains his athletes as the head coach of the Tauras SC in Russia.
