The 2024 Maryland Democratic presidential primary will take place on May 14, 2024, as part of the Democratic Party primaries for the 2024 presidential election. 118 delegates to the Democratic National Convention will be allocated to presidential candidates.[1]
Incumbent President Joe Biden announced on April 25, 2023, his bid for a second term.[2] Dean Phillips, who suspended his primary campaign on March 6, 2024, and Marianne Williamson are the only other candidates on the ballot.[3]
