Ludab Rural District (Persian: دهستان لوداب) is in Ludab District of Boyer-Ahmad County, Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad province, Iran.^[3] It is administered from the city of Garab-e Sofla.^[4]

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 9,392 in 1,864 households.^[5] There were 7,763 inhabitants in 1,795 households at the following census of 2011.^[6] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 7,083 in 1,858 households. The most populous of its 100 villages was Ab Murd-e Dam Ludab, with 572 people.^[2]
