Ofe Ujuju

Ofe Ujuju is a local dish gotten from the south-eastern part of Nigeria. The soup is popular among the ika and Agbor people of Delta State.[1]

The soup is made with ujuju leaves (commonly known as "monkey fruit"),[clarification needed] meats, fish, black pepper and seasoning cubes.[2]

It is served with eba, fufu, semovita (a glutinous derivative of semolina wheat)[clarification needed] and pounded yam.[2]
