Singan Rural District (Persian: دهستان سینکان) is in the Central District of Golshan County, Sistan and Baluchestan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Singan,[2] whose population at the National Census of 2016 was 1,033 people in 254 households.[3]

In January 2019, Nahuk Rural District was separated from Jaleq District of Saravan County to join the Central District. The remainder of the district was separated from the county in the establishment of Golshan County, which was divided into two districts of two rural districts each, with Jaleq as its capital and only city.[2]
