Kishkur Rural District (Persian: دهستان کیشکور) is in Kishkur District of Sarbaz County, Sistan and Baluchestan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Raisabad.[3]

At the National Census of 2006, its population (as a part of the former Sarbaz District) was 10,147 in 2,165 households.[4] There were 10,513 inhabitants in 2,363 households at the following census of 2011.[5] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 11,276 in 2,984 households. The most populous of its 58 villages was Hajjiabad, with 1,792 people.[2]

In September 2018, the rural district was separated from the district in the establishment of Kishkur District, which was divided into two rural districts.[3]
