The 2024 NCAA Division I Women's Lacrosse Championship is the 42nd annual single-elimination tournament to determine the national champion of Division I NCAA women's college lacrosse. The semifinal and championship rounds will be played at WakeMed Soccer Park in Cary, NC from May 24–26, 2024. All other rounds will be played at campus sites, usually at the home field of the higher-seeded team, from May 10–16. The Northwestern Wildcats are the reigning champions, having beaten Boston College 18–6 in the previous final.

Tournament field

All NCAA Division I women's lacrosse programs are eligible for this championship, and a total of 29 teams will be invited to participate. 15 teams qualify automatically by winning their conference tournaments, while the remaining 14 teams qualify at-large based on their regular season records.
