As of the 2021 Australian census, 186 people resided in Knockrow,^[1] down from 192 in the 2016 census.^[3] The median age of persons in Knockrow was 53 years. There were fewer males than females, with 47.3% of the population male and 52.7% female. The average household size was 2.5 people per household.^[1]
