Jolgeh Shoqan District (Persian: بخش جلگه شوقان), formerly Dashtkuh District (بخش دشتكوه),[3] is in Jajarm County, North Khorasan province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Shoqan.[4]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 9,847 in 2,728 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 9,667 people in 2,996 households.[6] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 8,985 inhabitants in 2,935 households.[2]
