The tournament will be held from 24 October 2023 to an unconfirmed date in May.[1] The UEFA-sanctioned competition[2][3] will consist of 12 teams split into four groups of three. The four group winners will qualify for the knockout stage which will be held at Tre Stelle-Francesco Ghizzi, in Desenzano del Garda, Italy in May 2024.[4][5]

The defending champions are BK Skjold. They won over Prague Raptors 3–0 in the previous edition.[6][7]

The matches will all be streamed on the FENIX Trophy YouTube channel.[4][3]
