Kamales Lardi is an author, academic and digital strategist. She is the Founder and CEO of Lardi & Partner Consulting GmbH, a digital consultancy firm.[1][2][3][4][5][6]

Education and career[edit]

Lardi completed her Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Computing & Information Systems from the University of Lincoln in 1999. She later pursued an MBA from Durham University Business School. In 2007, she earned an Executive Certification in Strategy and Competitive Advantage from Harvard Business School.[7][8][9]

Lardi began her career in the early 2000s working as a consultant, first at Accenture and then Zurich Financial Services. In 2007, she joined Deloitte Consulting AG as the Head of Digital and served in this role until 2012.[10][11][12][13]

In 2012, she founded Lardi & Partner Consulting, a digital and business consulting company.[14][15][16][17][18][19][20][21][22][23][24]

In October 2018, Lardi founded BloomBloc, a blockchain development and advisory company.[25]

Lardi has served on the boards of Nootrie AG, Crypto Valley Association, Kubeg AG, Valtech, EquityPitcher Ventures, Auticon Switzerland, and World Innovation and Change Management Institute.[26][27][28][29][30][31]

Lardi has taught as a Lecturer at FINTECH Circle Institute, ZHAW School of Management and Law. In March 2016, Kamales was appointed as the Chair of the MBA Advisory Board at Durham University Business School.[32] She also served as a Visiting Fellow at Durham University from November 2019 to February 2023.[33][34][35]

In 2022, Lardi published her book "The Human Side of Digital Business Transformation," which offers a comprehensive and practical guide to understanding and implementing digital business transformation, with a focus on the human element.[36][37][38][39][40][41][42][43][44][45][46][47][48][49][50][51][52][53]
