Mankiewicz (Polish pronunciation: [manˈkjɛvit͡ʂ]) is a patronymic surname of Polish and Ruthenian origins, and it is also common among Polish Jews.

Note: the letters "a" and "o" are interchangeable. Lithuanian Mankevičius and Monkevičius are the same.
