Victoria Thompson

Victoria Thompson (born 1948) is an American author of romance and mystery novels.

Thompson was born in 1948,[1][better source needed] and grew up in Long Grove, Illinois. She received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland in 1970, then earned a Master of Fine Arts from Seton Hill University in 2012.[2] Following graduation, she taught in the continuing education program at Pennsylvania State University. She is a professor in the creative writing Master of Fine Arts program at Seton Hill University.[3]

Thompson lives with her husband near Chicago. She has two adult daughters.[3]
