Seylatan Rural District (Persian: دهستان سيلتان)^[3] is in the Central District of Bijar County, Kurdistan province, Iran.^[4] It is administered from the city of Tup Aghaj.^[5]

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 4,828 in 1,150 households.^[6] There were 4,861 inhabitants in 1,362 households at the following census of 2011.^[7] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 1,932 in 611 households. The most populous of its 20 villages was Bayanlu, with 478 people.^[2]
