Hoseynabad-e Roshtkhar (Persian: حسين اباد رشتخوار, also Romanized as Ḩoseynābād-e Rashtkhvār; also known as Ḩoseynābād and Husainābād)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Roshtkhar Rural District[4] of the Central District of Roshtkhar County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 662 in 151 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 738 people in 175 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 633 people in 194 households.[2]
