Karimu (Persian: كريمو)[a] is a village in Masabi Rural District of Ayask District, Sarayan County, South Khorasan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 801 in 287 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 742 people in 289 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 679 people in 282 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]
