Savan Rural District (Persian: دهستان ساوان)[2] is in the Central District of Mirabad County, West Azerbaijan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Mazraeh,[3] whose population at the 2016 National Census was 523 in 153 households.[4]

In 2022, Vazineh District was separated from Sardasht County in the establishment of Mirabad County, which was divided into two districts and two rural districts, with Mirabad as its capital and only city.[3]
