Khondker M. Talha

Khondker M. Talha is the ambassador of Bangladesh to France.[1] He is also the ambassador of Bangladesh to UNESCO.[2]

Early life[edit]

Talha completed a master's degree in economics and an MBA from the University of Dhaka.[3] He did another masters at Monash University in Foreign Affairs and Trade.[3]

Career[edit]

Talha joined the 15th batch of Bangladesh Civil Service in the foreign affairs cadre.[3]

In 2010, Talha was the Chief of Protocol of the Foreign Ministry.[4]

Talha had served in the Permanent Mission of Bangladesh to the United Nations.[5] He served as the Deputy High Commissioner of Bangladesh to the United Kingdom.[6] He was the director general for East Asia and Pacific Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.[7]

In September 2021, Talha was appointed ambassador of Bangladesh to France.[3]
