Shigeo Takaya

Shigeo Takaya (高谷 茂男, Takaya Shigeo, born January 1, 1937) is the mayor of Okayama, Okayama in Japan.[1] A graduate of Okayama Prefectural University-Junior College, he was first elected in October 2005.
