Miss International Queen 2019 was the 14th Miss International Queen pageant held on March 8, 2019 at the Tiffany's Show Pattaya in Pattaya, Chonburi, Thailand.

Nguyễn Hương Giang[1] of Vietnam crowned Jazell Barbie Royale of the United States as her successor at the end of the event.[2]
