Michael Myers is a songwriter and music producer. During his career, he has written hits for The Dooleys, The Nolans and Billy Ocean.

1970s[edit]
With Billy Ocean and Ben Findon he wrote "Stop Me (If You've Heard It All Before)". It would be a hit for Ocean in 1976, peaking at no. 12 in the UK.[1]
Myers wrote "Love of My Life" for The Dooleys which was produced by Ben Findon.[2][3] The November 5, 1977 issue of Music Week had it as one of the Top Add Ons.[4] It was also one of Downtown Radio's hit picks and an add on at Radio Forth,[5] and a presenter pick at BBC Medway.[6] It had also made its debut at no. 34 in the Music Week, Disco Top 40,[7] and was a Star Breaker.[8] The following week, it debuted in the Top 50 at no. 43.[9]
With Bob Puzey and Ben Findon he wrote "I'm in the Mood for Dancing" for The Nolan Sisters. The single got to no. 3 in the UK charts.[1]
1980s[edit]
In 1980, two songs that he co-wrote with Ben Findon and Bob Puzey got to no. 12 and 9 in the UK charts. They were "Don't Make Waves" and "Gotta Pull Myself Together", both by The Nolans.
In 1981, "Attention to Me", another hit for The Nolans which was written by himself with Ben Findon and Bob Puzey got to no. 9 in the UK charts.[10]
