Chukwudi Ezenwa Anthony (born 25 August 1993)[1][2] is a Nigerian businessman, and real estate developer best known for building the ‘Awka Dubai Estate’ in Anambra State.[3] He serves as the co-founder, and chairman of GSS Group, a real estate, security, and construction company.[4] In 2022, Ezenwa was named one of Anambra's 30 Under 35 Entrepreneurs to Watch in Anambra State.[5]
Early life[edit]
I started off by converting my God-Given talent of drawing comics and buildings, to a profit-earning skill by renting my comics books; while I was in secondary school, to my colleagues for 20 Naira per view, and during night preps; I will make a lot of comics.

Chukwudi Ezenwa Anthony[7] was born on 25 August 1993 in Port Harcourt, where he developed his passion for drawing at a young age.[8] Ezenwa hails from Anambra State, and is a native of Achina. He attended NNPC Staff School, Eleme in Rivers State for his primary and early secondary education, before relocating to Abia, to complete his secondary education at Marist Comprehensive Academy, Uturu. Ezenwa earned his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in architecture from the Nnamdi Azikiwe University.[1]
Career[edit]
Ezenwa's career began in 2013 following the launch of his security agency in Abuja. In 2018, he co-founded General Site Solutions Group (trademarked as GSS Group), a real estate, security, and construction company.[9][10] In the same year, the National Union of Anambra State Students (NUASS), honoured Ezenwa with the Entrepreneurship Excellence award.
On 5 January 2021, Bonaventure Enemali flags off plots allocation for the building of Awka Dubai Estate.[11] During his speech, he recommends the Dubai Estate project in Awka and described Ezenwa as one of the best realtors in the state.[11] The same year, he was inducted into the International Security Organisation, with an ISO-SEC membership in Switzerland.[12]
