Agnes Scarlet Joseph (born 15 April 1980) is a Dutch politician from the New Social Contract who was elected to the Dutch Parliament in the 2023 Dutch general election.[1] Her focus is on pensions, elderly and disabled care, and mental health.[2]

She called Dutch pension reforms passed in the previous term disastrous, and she advocated allowing pension fund participants to vote on switching to the new system. However, she did not follow through on legislative action after NSC signed a coalition agreement. It did not cover pensions, but she wanted to give the new cabinet the opportunity to address her objections.[3]
