Jahliyan (Persian: جهليان, also Romanized as Jahlīyān, Jahleyān, Jahlīān, and Jahlīār)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Jahliyan Rural District[4] of the Central District of Konarak County, Sistan and Baluchestan province, Iran.

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the population of Jahliyan was 470 among 96 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 545 people among 125 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 553 people among 132 households.[2]
